FAQs
- Q:
"What are your hourly labor rates to fix my VCR?"
- A:
At Apache Solutions we do not charge by the hour. To eliminate run
away labor bills, our labor is based on the unit type. For example: a
VCR costs $39 plus parts, period, no matter how long it takes.
- Q:
"I need my VCR really bad. If I pay more, can I get it tomorrow?"
- A: Nope.
We burn-in all repairs for 24 hours for quality reasons. Simply ask
for a loaner unit to take home and use while we fix yours. As long as
you bring it back, it's free!

-
- Q:
"How much do you charge for estimates?"
- A:
Nadda, zip, nothing! Our estimates are FREE!
-
- Q:
"How long will it take to fix my TV?"
- A:
Generally, we determine what the defect is within a day. If parts
must be ordered we usually receive them within 5 to 7 days.
-
- Q:
"How long do you guarantee your work?"
- A:
We warranty the work performed and the parts we installed
for 30 days.
-
- Q:
"I have an older VCR and I have been told that its too old to
fix, what do you say?"
- A:
Considering a new VCR could cost $120 or more, repairing your older
VCR for $39 plus parts (if available) could be economical. Take a
look at "To
Repair or Replace.".
